Abstract :
This article is part of a debate initiated in this journal concerning teachers as researchers. In a continuing education project, we approached certain aspects of such research, such as: the teacher's authorship in the elaboration of knowledge in the school, the simultaneity between work and research, the inversion of a certain tradition in which the practice is always an application of the theory without taking into consideration the unpredictability of practice and the uncertain movements in solving actual problems at school. The discussion of these issues guides the attempts to better understand training practices that deal with problems emerging from the very classes and which comprise the simultaneous act of teaching and researching.
