MARIO XAVIER NATIONAL FOREST PUBLIC USE POTENTIAL

The Mário Xavier National Forest is one of the last green areas of Seropédica County where people can appreciate the nature and develop some activities. A questionnaire applied to usuaries and possible usuaries of the Conservation Unity, regarding its characteristics, showed that an improvement in security, recreation areas and the building of a Guest Center are necessary.
