This article presents an aplication of the concepts of lean office at the institutional level in the area of services, particularly in the segment of health. Thus, the case study is the Military Treatment Facility in Campinas, state of São Paulo, which is subordinate to the Command of 11th Light Infantry Brigade. Firstly, an organizational and managerial chart is presented highlighting the existing conflicts. Next, the lean office methodology applied to the solution of those problems and the results obtained are presented.
