This source is related to the village of Araraquara, province of São Paulo, Brazil. They were produced during the years of 1850 to 1866. Second, make comparison of the results to others researches which used the same analytical categories and source. Third, present the analytical conclusions about the territorial settlement at this specific region. This market shows more dynamic than the one of Campinas and Ubatuba, even though, the traditional historiography has pointed that it was more solid in older settlement. Also, the frequency’s transmission of the biggest land size of inherited ones was proporcionally larger than the purchased ones. So, it characterizes this zone as a frontier and as a kinship market.
