Workers party: recreative associations and construction of identities

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the notion of a tutored working class, whose identity had been forged from relations of domination / subordination in the workspace. For this will bring the evidence experiences in which other spheres of social life such as family, neighborhood and especially the leisure sphere - although marked by the centrality of factory work - formed spaces in which forged identities from other criteria, It could be both antagonistic and complementary. Also points to the complexity of brand experiences in the scenario of transformation of the rural character of the context of performance of these workers.
