Pablo Dias Fortes About the author

This paper seeks to contribute to the discussion about the compulsory treatment of tuberculosis through the questioning of some of its ethical implications. To do so, it intends to discuss antinomies found in the medical and legal defense of the practice, analyzing it at the end, from the perspective of four meanings of the concept of justice.

Compulsory treatment of tuberculosis; Ethics; Morality; Justice
