Perspectives of the creative economy and local development in the Biocean Highroad Crossing

Abstract:

The present article of bibliographical revision aims to characterize the Bioceanic Highroad Crossing from the perspective of the creative economy and the local development. This route will have 2,2 thousand km between Campo Grande and Antofagasta. Its itinerary denotes the passage through 12 cities. An already signed treaty concerns to a bridge linking Porto Murtinho to Carmelo Peralta in Paraguay. Important bias is the touristic route. Due to the diversity of attractions in the four countries, the potential for tourism development is immense, planning should involve public authorities, the private sector and local communities. The idea of ​​development corresponds to the action of unveiling, growth, unfolding of something, including various locutions, such as local, social, economic, political, territorial, community, sustainable, endogenous, exogenous, local, horizontal, vertical, and human, among others. The creative economy has its origin in individual creativity, skills and competences and has a potential for wealth and job creation through the generation and exploitation of intellectual property.
