Gender and education in indigenous contexts in the Amazon: the relationships that constitute the identity production of women Arara-Karo teachers in the state of Rondônia

Abstract:

These are reflections on gender relations present in Arara-Karo ethnicity of the State of Rondônia, where we seek to address the identity issues / differences from the perspective of post prefix studies (Post-structuralist, post-modern; Studies gender; Cultural Studies, Post-Colonial Studies) are reflections that aim to tighten cultural issues produced within the indigenous societies, often given as "natural", but can be re-signified in the cultural context.
