Analysis of territorial development: the contribution of italian experience

Abstract:

The purpose of this article is to review the literature on industrial districts and their contribution to the discussion of territorial development. It appears that the territorial approach has gained importance in the definition of development policies by establishing the policy execution locus, which allows the development of cooperation and complementarity.
