Understanding territorial governance and it possibilities: Local Productive Arrangements (APL) and tours

This article brings together concepts, theories and data in order to understand how the new forms of governance of the territory are articulate, through the institutional and organizational strategies of local actors to mobilize specific territorial assets in local development projects. This study proposes a theoretical basis for applied studies trying to understand how to express the organizations and institutions, its actors and agents in the environment of the structure of territorial governance, given the various socio-spatial and territorial underway in Brazil. Thus, the local productive arrangements (APL) and Tours appear as innovative strategies for territorial governance given the character of its own configuration of the relationship between state, private and other social institutions.
