The territorial dynamics of the "Município" of Entre Rios in the Territory of Identity Agreste Alagoinhas / Litoral Norte, Bahia, is characterized in the relationship between the rural and the urban environment under the influence of underground when examining qualitative indicators of metropolitan rurality. In that respect the rural and coastal tourism or rural beach is stretched by the global standard of development.
