Abstract
Landscape as a topic of interest for Geography may not be new. However, the way of approaching it has been changing depending on the perspective of analysis considered. In this sense, from the perspective of analysis of Territorial Action and Development, in which Local Development is linked, the study of the landscape is novel as it is considered a heritage of heritage. This paper aims to consider the study of the landscape as a heritage of heritage, from a theoretical proposal that can support local landscape management actions to contribute to its conservation, through heritage processes and the construction of local identity. To this end, we presented the case of the abandoned refrigeration complex of General Daniel Cerri (a town located in the district of Bahía Blanca, in the southwest of the province of Buenos Aires in Argentina). The qualitative methodology used is based on fieldwork and the collection of information from various sources, subsequently analyzed and interpreted. To then read the landscape from the analysis of morphogenesis through the adaptation of this methodology.
