Consists of 20 questions, which assess the ability in performing activities of daily living during the previous week. Is usually self-administered, but can also be given face-to-face in a clinical setting or in a telephone interview format by trained outcome assessors. The full HAQ takes 20 to 30 minutes to complete. |
