ABSTRACT
The present article had the objective of analyzing the configuration of the structure of the public policies of sport and leisure of the city of Curitiba - PR, in relation to the universe of the road running, in the period from 2008 to 2016. His methodology - qualitative and descriptive - was used from documentary analysis. As results were mapped six programs carried out by the municipal public power, classified in direct and indirect impacts. No action was framed as public state policy. It is considered relevant to carry out further studies by deepening the analyzes in each of the actions, including the process of formulating the public policies focused on road runnings.
