ABSTRACT
The present study aims to offer and analyze concrete possibilities of evaluation practices for School Physical Education. It assumes, as a theoretical-methodological approach, the narrative (auto) biographical and has as collaborators two Physical Education teachers. The research has as sources: evaluative records produced with the children (drawings, photographs, song lyrics) and teachers' narratives. The results show that a teacher has been based on an evaluation for the students' learning, inventing instruments that enabled her to understand the appropriations of the students of the specific knowledge of Physical Education; And another teacher centralizes her evaluation in the teaching and learning practices, producing instruments that allowed the self-evaluation of those involved.
