DO CONFLICTING INTENTIONS GIVE RISE TO MULTIPLE DEMONSTRATIVE REFERENCE? REPLY TO MENA1 1 Support from the research project no. PIDPID-107667GB-I00 of the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation is gratefully acknowledged.
