Abstract
In this presentation of the dossier De-lording the University: 10 years of Law 12.711/2012 and other affirmative action policies, we assess political and legal discussions of the revision of the aforementioned law during the year of 2022. We also comment on affirmative action experiences in different Brazilian universities. Finally, we raise questions and propositions for the future expansion of Law 12.711 and other affirmative action policies in the country.
