Abstract
The contemporary metropolis develops under the domination of financial capital, which closely linked to real estate arise hegemonic under other forms of capital. That's the big transformation that characterizes the moment of capitalist development that Aglietta(1988 ) called property accumulation regime In this regime of accumulation process of capital the process of valorisation is accompanied, more significantly, by the capitalization process. Given the latter case the financial capital grows, but it is a fictitious form of valuation, because it gives off of the production process; so it is called capitalization. Under the rule of the rents (financial and real estate ) the metropolis develops, deconstructs , builds and rebuilds on itself expanding diffusely by an extensive territory.
