Systematic capture of Sarcophagidae was made over a period of one year (May, 1980 - April, 1981) in three different areas (urban, rural and silvatic), using two types of traps and five different baits. The total of 9,582 flies identified represented 25 especies. The monthly variations and seasonal abundance of each species are recorded.
