ABSTRACT
In recent years,an increasing amount of scientific articles dealt with the Creative Economics).However,the specific modalities from which these micro and macroeconomic mechanisms are implemented are not specified,and the limits of explicative power of such analysis appear.I aim to provide elements to build a suitable paradigm:in such paradigm,the Information Economics,the way it was designed by Stiglitz,is an essential contribution.
