Impasses do desenvolvimento

This article focuses on the main aspects concerning trade, foreign direct investment and industrialization in developing countries. The author states that a return to stable and rapid regional growth needs to be underpinned not only by policies directed at the upgrading of production and exports, but also by accompanying regional monetary arrangements and cooperation designed to ensure the stability of financial markets.
