Open-access O limbo de Guantánamo

The article discusses the legal statute of the United States’ procedures concerning Taliban detainees at Guantánamo Bay. When questioning the refusal of American authorities to concede these prisoners the status of "prisoners of war" in the terms of the Geneva Conventions, the author claims a critical revision of this international protocol.
