RESUMO O artigo discute a figura do “andrógino” em três textos de Coelho Neto: “Ode fescenina” (1895), Esfinge (1908) e O patinho torto (1918). Considera que, no fin de siècle carioca, “andrógino” refere-se muitas vezes a realidades e corporalidades heterogêneas. Argumenta que o autor utiliza-se da profissionalização da imprensa para articular mudanças de comportamento e a fluidez das categorias de gênero introduzidas com a modernidade.

ABSTRACT The article discusses the figure of the “androgyne” in three texts by Coelho Neto: “Ode fescenina” (1895), Esfinge (1908) and O patinho torto (1918). It considers how during Rio’s fin de siècle, “androgyne” refers to heterogeneous realities and corporalities. It argues that the author deployed the professionalization of the press to explore the changes in behavior and the fluidity in gender categories introduced with modernity.

RESUMO O presente artigo enfoca a experiência em ensino de arquitetura conhecida como La Escuelita, desenvolvida em Buenos Aires durante a última ditadura militar argentina (1976-83). São apresentados e discutidos os diferentes discursos sobre arquitetura que disputaram um espaço institucionalmente frágil, mas de grande relevância para a cultura arquitetônica argentina e para a sociabilidade profissional no período.

ABSTRACT This article focuses on the experience in architectural education known as La Escuelita, developed in Buenos Aires during Argentina’s last military dictatorship (1976-83). It presents and discusses the different discourses on architecture that disputed an institutionally fragile but highly relevant space for Argentine architectural culture and professional sociability in the period.

RESUMO O artigo analisa o longa-metragem chinês Um elefante sentado quieto (2018), de Hu Bo. A partir da configuração de situações individuais entendidas como sem saída, o filme mostra aspectos da conversão de um distrito popular através da atual economia de mercado. Considerando o tema da fuga na obra, o artigo discute como o ponto de vista narrativo internaliza uma experiência de tempo vivido como ameaça, no norte da China continental.

ABSTRACT This is an analysis of the Chinese feature film An Elephant Sitting Still (2018), by Hu Bo. From the configuration of individual situations understood as dead end, the film shows aspects of the conversion of a popular district through the current market economy. Considering the theme of fugue in the work, the article discusses how the narrative point of view internalizes an experience of time lived as a threat, in northern Mainland China.

RESUMO A pesquisa homônima apresentada neste artigo se desenvolverá em frentes distintas, interconectadas a partir da obra de Nietzsche e seus reflexos sobre escritores brasileiros. Trata-se de investigar obras aparentemente desconectadas que guardam laços de afinidade e precisam ser compreendidas não apenas a partir do que chamamos de recepção de Nietzsche, mas ligadas a um movimento de revisão e formação crítica que vem se construindo ao longo do século XX.

ABSTRACT The homonymous research presented in this article will be developed on different fronts, interconnected from Nietzsche’s work and its reflections on Brazilian writers. It is about investigating apparently disconnected works that have ties of affinity and need to be understood not only based on what we call Nietzsche’s reception, but linked to a movement of revision and critical formation that has been built throughout the 20th century.

RESUMO Este artigo pretende demonstrar como a sociologia da moral de Durkheim é uma continuação e uma superação (sociológica) de certos pontos centrais da teoria de Kant, como as ideias de autonomia e de reino dos fins; e propor, por conseguinte, uma chave para a compreensão da própria dimensão normativa da sociologia durkheimiana, que possui tanto peso quanto a etapa analítica que a precede.

ABSTRACT This article intends to demonstrate how Durkheim’s sociology of morals is a continuation and a (sociological) overcoming of certain central points of Kant’s theory, such as the ideas of autonomy and the kingdom of ends; and therefore proposes a key to understand the normative dimension of Durkheimian sociology, which has as much weight as the analytic stage that precedes it.

RESUMO Este artigo desenvolve uma apreciação crítica das estratégias de “Polos de Desenvolvimento” adotadas pelo Plano Diretor Estratégico de São Paulo a partir da consideração do caso da Zona Norte da cidade. O projeto de lei 01-00669/2018 estende os incentivos fiscais e urbanísticos para os subsetores.

ABSTRACT Based on the case of São Paulo's North Zone (bill currently underway at the Municipal Chamber of São Paulo), this article aims to develop a critical appraisal of the Development Poles strategy, which was adopted by the Strategic Master Plan of São Paulo (Brazil). The bill extends tax and urban incentives to the three main North Zone subsectors.

RESUMO O objetivo deste artigo é compreender de que modo opera a dinâmica de cooperação intermunicipal no Brasil e de que forma os consórcios se inserem na estrutura da regionalização da saúde. Foram realizadas entrevistas com os secretários executivos dos consórcios. Argumentamos que os consórcios contribuem para a gestão municipal, contudo esforços são necessários para a construção de um sistema coordenado e cooperativo de implementação de polícias públicas.

ABSTRACT The article aims to understand how the dynamics of inter-municipal cooperation in Brazil operate and how consortia are inserted in the structure of health regionalization. Interviews were carried out with the Executive Secretaries of the consortia. We argue that consortia contribute to municipal management, however, efforts are needed to build a coordinated and cooperative system for implementing policies.

RESUMO Esta é uma pesquisa sobre a egressão do sistema carcerário fluminense, realizada a partir do Patronato Margarino Torres. A primeira parte mapeia o labirinto da execução penal; a segunda identifica os principais caminhos de egressão; e a terceira aborda os perfis com mais chance de sair do sistema. Concluímos com uma síntese dos achados e algumas considerações.

ABSTRACT This research is about egression from the Rio de Janeiro’s prison system, from the perspective of Patronato Margarino Torres. The first maps the labyrinth of penal execution; the second identifies the mains paths of egression; and the third shows the mean types which has more chance of getting out. We conclude with synthesis of the results and some considerations.

RESUMO Neste trabalho analisamos as relações estabelecidas entre as associações e os regimes políticos em Porto Alegre, de 1946 até 1988, por meio das leis e decretos que concediam auxílios, isenções e títulos de utilidade pública. Concluímos que ocorreu um crescimento nas relações socioestatais, uma alteração no padrão dos contatos, seguido por tentativas de maior regulação, evidenciadas pelo aumento de legislações sobre o tema.

ABSTRACT In this work we aim to analyze the relations established between associations and political regimes in the city of Porto Alegre, from 1946 to 1988, through the laws and decrees granting aid, exemptions and public utility bonds. We conclude that there was a growth in the socio-state relations, a change in the pattern of established contacts, followed by attempts at greater regulation, evidenced by the growth of legislation on the subject.
