A gestão participativa e o uso de sistemas de apoio à decisão em grupo como propulsores de novas estruturas organizacionais

The study makes a review of concepts and it searches to glimpse them in a real event, of great people relevance and wide politics repercussion. In the review it harvests a hypothesis that enunciates a fact: the fetching of new forms of organizational structures. In this route, it evidences, in the literature, that the significance of one old vocation of the human beings, the work in group, would be the motor force for structural changes. Also it detaches that the change process would be tied with the necessities of the structures best to explore the abilities and potentialities of allies and, eventually, of competitors. Finally, it indicates that the group support technology, that support the work in group, is the vehicle that makes possible that one retaken and this new administrative position. Then, the previous hypothesis would be summarised as a question which would be the metamorphosis in the organisations structures and which its association with the presented concepts ? To answer such question, evidences had been compiled of that the eventual change would be occurring and where degree would be correct of being attributed to the technology and to the participate management. The scenario for test of this conjecture was the event initially pointed. Here it is thus, the indications that deal with this article that incorporates a study of a case at quasi-experimental perspective.
