About act's psychopatology

This article presents the psychopathology of the acts from the scheme Jacques Lacan about the anxiety. We differentiate the acting out, the passage to the act, symptoms, inhibitions and anxiety causing a doubling of Lacan scheme taking into account the records of the symbolic, the real and the imaginary. This scheme allows an approach to the subject matter of the acts that do not fall into a clinician's perplexity or confusion in between acts and action. It also allows a better orientation of the clinician in relation to various forms of subjective responses that are not restricted to symptomatic issue, which is the inaugural field of psychoanalytic clinic since its founding by Sigmund Freud. We believe thus contribute to a further clarification of this scheme in Lacan and it can serve as a guideline for the treatment of the subject acts in clinic.
