The Web 2.0 social appropriations launch new visions for the production and diffusion scientific and cultural. The example here is the analysis of the TWiki, a platform for collaborative writing used by the Grupo de Pesquisa Educação, Comunicação e Tecnologias (GEC/Faced/UFBA). Some aspects emerging of the practices of production and diffusion, such as collaborative authorship, the licensing (Creative Commons), the architecture of participation and the reconfiguration - when the social subjects change of only receivers to producers and distributors of their own production.
