Reflections on scholar labour based on the belief concept analysis

This text is a reflection about the teacher’s values that condition his daily action and influence and determine his knowledge and actions, as for the success as for the school unsuccess. To know them and to interpret them can be a way or a movement for the transformation of the educational work. Starting from the concepts of values, daily, no-daily and alienation, we analyzed a work accomplished in a public school of São Paulo. The work was constituted of a technical counseling to a group of teachers. It was possible to make a reflection on the values and the teachers’ behavior. This reflection indicates the perspectives of changes.
