Abstract
The text searches, in the emergence of the present facing the precariousness of life, to affirm an incipient field of investigation, in education and psychology, about the production of life processes of children in dissidences with the body, gender and sexuality. In the theoretical and methodological weft, aiming to produce the common, it gathered studies about children, philosophy of difference, feminist and poststructuralist readings in order to problematize the child in their deviations and escape against the kidnapping institutions. The childish memoirs and narratives here were produced in learning events among people who do not need a name, who do not conform themselves to a life that is always the same and then profane, in acts of remembrance, the devices of the childhood and of the norm.
