Doing arts: the teacher-creator. The dialogue between doing arts and the teaching practice

From reports of experience and reflections on teaching art, the text integrates form and content in the space of poetic thought. This is the narrative of a journey of personal search, with aesthetics amplitude, where creating and doing together with the children from EMIA, Municipal School of Art Education, is the major educational goal. Music is the basic structure that enables the approach to the visual language and drama. The "Making Books Workshop" and dramatic games become new possibilities at school. The spontaneous impulse of playing as well as inventions in the classroom go hand in hand building the process of artistic expression that gets concrete and meaningful.
