Educational processes developed in childhood education institutions: an experience of continued education

This article presents the perception of teachers of child education about continued decentralized education, trying to understand how educational spaces are developed within child education institutions. The process of decentralization is a policy of the Educational Network that has been planned to enable each educational institution to promote its continued education, seeking to work ons specific and contextual matters. The issues presented here were discussed in my master's research, involving a daycare center of the Municipal Public Network. It brings reflections about the importance and richness of this educational space which both provides the teacher with opportunities to carry out focused studies concerning the practice, diversity of topics and collective construction of educational knowledge and guarantees the creation of better conditions for making this process effective, such as having a professional who can train teachers, with the authority to organize and help boost reflections about theory and practice and the contrasts between them.
