This paper aims to present a model of information system to evaluate the strategic organizational performance, through an approach directed towards results. It intends to make available for the executive an integrated vision of the business unit or the organization performance. The model's essence is the evaluation of the performance of the critical factors of success (CFS), to reach the strategic objectives of the organization. The achieved performance depends on the aggregation of the CFS, using reliability theory, in a bayesian approach. The result is obtained through the subjective probability ofthe CFS, based on the specialist prospective vision and, then, express as expectation of results.
