ABSTRACT
The subject of the work is the dynamics of the transformation process of a psychodramatist in training, her difficulties and the resources put into play to overcome them. From the epistemological and methodological framework of the clinical approach a case study was designed that involves the inductive analysis of 10 psychodramatic encounters coordinated by her and a partner, the 9 diary entries written by the psychodramatist herself in training after each encounter, 10 supervisions after each meeting and 3 in-depth interviews. Jungian theory serves as the basis for the interpretation of the dynamics of the process, allowing to analyze the path of the psychodramatist through the activation of certain archetypes, their symbolization and their progressive integration.
