BICICLE BECOMING SUPPORTING THE HEALTHCARE NETWORK

ABSTRACT

This paper aims to investigate the support practices to the network of healthcare for homeless people. Based on the concept of biopower this study analyzes how the disciplinary formations and life regulamentation impact healthcare, marginalizing certain populations. Through the research methodology of cartographic intervention the trajectory that intertwine Consultation office in the Street, Basic Health Care services and the homeless population is mapped. The results points towards the necessity to continuously increase experience exchange throughout the healthcare network, opening oportunities to permanently “unlearn” misconceptions brought by a standardized care. To be able to welcome the singularity of diverse and marginalized populations, the health care routes need to be inventive and deviant.
