Abstract
This is a theoretical essay that aims to propose what we call autonomy clinic within the scope of health promotion in the Public Health System (SUS). We intend to answer the question: how to manage the relationship between subjects in the clinic, focusing on autonomy? Based on the conception of relationships as light technologies, which are potentially producers of autonomization, according to Emerson Merhy, we highlight the need of modulating the clinic so that it incorporates care practices. In the light of Félix Guattari’s and Michel Foucault’s ideas, we come to the conclusion that a clinical ethical-aesthetic and political practice that rejects the slaughter of the subjects and supports the invention of life is necessary.
