The present essay describes the experience of São Pedro Psychiatric Hospital's Integrated Psychosocial Care Center's Mental Health team in creating a large network of attention to teenagers in the East Side of Porto Alegre. Within this area, we have analyzed the circuits that subscribe certain teens under controlling regimes and its containing walls: institutions comprehended in a range that goes from schools to the classical psychiatric institution from which we begin. In this sense, we present our conceptual and interventional itineraries through the circuits of teen care and exclusion, the monitoring strategies of a norm-deviating step, the plot experiments of an expanded network and the proposal of a network responsible host.
