This work attempts to problematize the relationship between subjectivity and adolescence by discussing the extent to which a pubescent event modifies the adolescent subjective structure. The question is tackled by reflecting on the social and subjective operations required for the passage from the familial scene to the social one. To this purpose the relationship among identification, act and social insertion is more thoroughly examined. The work thus points to the problematic meeting point between adolescent subjective processes and a few so-called "delinquent" acts in a society anchored in neoliberalism.
