Abstract
This paper analyzes the psychoanalysis subjects taught in psychology programs in the state of Acre by the syllabus and bibliographies of the corresponding disciplines, available on the curricular pedagogical projects of the four existing programs. A descriptive and qualitative study was conducted based on documentary sources investigated by content analysis. The results indicated syllabuses that emphasize Freudian teachings and a preference for national publications. Lack of classes on psychoanalytic research and clinic beyond the classic model stands out amidst the identified gaps, calling for changes that may subsidize investigations and practices in the Amazon context, fomenting the development of this approach aiming at the formative journey that the Freudian discipline requires.
