This paper brings the experience of the author in a social Project with a vocational guidance group, puting in evidence the importance of this area of psychology as an active factor of social changes. It also enables this kind of group work to be carried out in public schools and/or in social projects, allowing poor adolescents to make conscientious professional choices and to construct their project of life.
