The interdisciplinary project of the critical theory: the history and the psychology

This paper discusses the contributions of critical theory to psychology and history and their importance in the analysis of society and of the subjective dimension. The critical theory contrasts the prior categorization and naturalization of the historical problems with the historical philosophy as a materialistic interpretation of reality. Regarding the reduction of the concept of subject found in analyses that take into account only social and economic aspects, especially T.W. Adorno tackles the relevance of psychoanalyses and the study of the social mediation in the subjectivity.
