Nowadays, there is an intensive but also a somewhat incoherent debate as to the advantages and the application of "activities sharing" option among firms. This paper intends to discuse, in its general aspects, the problems involving the strategic movements. In this direction, it presents a check list of advantages and problems concerning the implementation of "activities sharing" decisions. As a result, based on the aforesaid checking, it mentions some measures and warnings to be taken into consideration when introducing this strategy.
