Eyelid xanthelasma: a case report

The authors report a rare case of a 71-year-old male patient with a 9-year history of appearance of a "little node" in the right superior eyelid, which increased significantly in size in the last year. Computed tomography showed thickening of the lateral rectus muscle and adjacent soft tissues. The diagnosis after biopsy was xanthelasma.
