The authors have performed coronary artery bypass grafting without cardiopulmonary bypass in 25 patients with myocardial infarction treated innitially with intravenous streptokinase. Our goal is to offer a tatic option to this kind of patients. Our satisfactory results authorize us to continue to perform this procedure, particulary in patients who need one or two bypass graftings.
