This study describes the demographic profile, employment and training of graduates of Physical Activity and Sport working in sport management in Valencia (Spain). The methodology used consisted of a cross-sectional survey applied to a sample of 600 individual interviews. The study obtained in this job role is broad men, young, permanent contracts and working hours over 40 hours. Also, primarily direct the work of others and do not generally work in specific areas. Furthermore, institutions where they work are diverse, but mostly public. Also of note is that only 20% of people working in this job role are graduates in Physical Activity and Sport, so there is need for the approval of the Planning Act Professional Practice Sport in Spain, to be suitable for graduates who work and play this role to ensure the quality services of physical activity and sport.
