The body (cyber)culture in the context of the network: a reading electronic games of the XXI century

This is a study about the connections between body, subjectivity and technology, related to the principles of the cyberculture. The virtual body appears, first of all, through the subjective relation with the classic body, in that appear representations and fantasies. These ones intervene with the bond established with "the classic" body, to the step that, they search to materialize itself intermediated for the synthesis techniques. The net is understood as a fruitful place of possibilities of production of this body. The electronic games disclose that the relation of the subject with the virtual corporal representations has multiple purposes, since the democratic socialization until looking for fame.
