Abstract
This paper studies the way in which is problematized the object of study of the body's research, i. e., its question is about the body like epistemological problem. Inside this question, the paper studies the post-structuralist conception (one of the main ones in the present of social sciences) about this. More specifically, it does a immanent critique of J. Butler's theory. From this, it argues that her theory about the body's materialization can explain the body's process of production, but only doing (ontologically) invariant the mode in which is produced. Thence, the necessity of focus our question in the mode of production of corporality.
