It was evaluated the offensive organization performed by of two setter's (one of each sex) in elite of volleyball (champion's at Brazilian National Championship: Superliga). It was observed a significantly large dependence (association) among the setting's conditions and the attack's conditions with the number of striker's involved, the time of attack and area of attack. The solution's effect did not show the same dependence on with these three variables. The association among setting's condition, the attack's conditions and solution's effect was more evidence of the setting's condition and the attack's conditions. This study suggests high level of Brazilian setter's to organize tactically offensive system, confirming the classical concept of setter to be the brains of a volleyball team.
