AS CIÊNCIAS SOCIAIS NA ÉPOCA DA GLOBALIZAÇÃOSince the beginning of researches and debates about globalization, considered as a historical and social process of wide proportions, more or less inclusive interpretations have been stated. Besides the opposition between micro and macro theories, metatheories have also emerged, polarizing in two main directions: systemic and historical. Both of them have not only been remaking the world's new map, but have also been recreating the map of social sciences.
