LABOR CONTRADICTIONS IN CONTEMPORARY BRAZIL: OUTSOURCING, CORRESPONDENT BANKING AND LABOR JUSTICE

This paper discusses the correspondent banking as a means to swindle the outsourcing process in a scenario of changes in the contemporary world of work. This practice of hiring labor force of third parties to perform banking services has increased greatly in the last years. This article analyzes the major trends concerning these workers, expanding previous studies about the role of public institutions towards the outsourcing process, having as a main document the rulings of the Brazilian Superior Labor Court.r.
