Based on recent research in science education, and on teaching experience, we analyze the learning and teaching process in the Electromagnetism laboratory for undergraduate physics students. Dataand reasoning obtained from the answers of some groups of students are used to help the analysis of the e effectiveness of the changes proposed in this physics laboratory.
