Within the broad movement to introduce a biopsychosocial model in health care we have developed actions that incorporate features of permanent education. With this perspective, we developed many activities with medical students and health professionals and this paper is focused on a methodology in which the student has what we call a "double-face" function, being target but also agent of continued education. This year we are introducing the use of an instrument of orientation, observation and interviews, especially adapted to this purpose.
